How to speed up your XP start up menu

Your Windows XP start up menu was too slow to appear?? Hack it.

Run > type Regedit
Search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
On the right panel, find this MenuShowDelay then double click.
Change the default value 400. You can reduce it as low as 0.

Happy now?
